The Sigma Beta Club of Charlotte was established in 1992 under the advisement of the Beta Rho Sigma graduate chapter in Charlotte, NC.

The Sigma Beta Clubs’ principles of focus emphasize Culture, Athletics, Social and Educational needs.

The Sigma Beta Club of Charlotte would like to take a moment to congratulate our former President, Justus Jenkins on his initiation into Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. A sophomore at Claflin University, Justus currently serves as the Sophomore Class President and has maintained a 4.0 GPA while actively serving in various organizations on campus. Congratulations Justus!

It's that time of year again and THIS TIME the stakes are higher! We're kicking off our 2020 Raffle Fundraiser now through December 30th. This time around, we have another 50" LG Smart TV, a $100 GameStop Gift Card, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. The tickets are only $5! Proceeds from this fundraiser go towards scholarships for our seniors and program implementation throughout the year. If you're interested in supporting the cause, please comment below for details OR see one of our Sigma Beta Brothers. We have a little competition going to see who can sell the most tickets 👀.

The Sigma Beta Club of Charlotte will host our 2020-21 Interest Meeting tomorrow morning via Zoom at 11:30 AM for all returning and new members. Despite all that's going on, we excitedly expect and look forward to a GREAT and (creatively) PRODUCTIVE year! Earlier in the summer, the Sigmas of Charlotte celebrated our Sigma Beta Club President, Jamison McMurray, by presenting him with a scholarship check, cards, gift cards, and words of support and encouragement. Today, the National Sigma Beta Club organization virtually celebrated all its graduating seniors. Although Jamison had to work and couldn't attend, his mother attended on his behalf as two of our mentors presented him with his t-shirt, certificate, and check. Jamison will be attending North Carolina Central University this fall majoring in Psychology.

When the mentors say "Dress Down on Saturday", there's bound to be creativity in the midst! Today gave us the opportunity to discuss the sacrifices of Dr. Martin L. King and the leaders of our generation, as well as prepare to participate in the Queen City MLK Parade next Saturday, January 18th. Look for these awesome posters on next Saturday as the Sigma Beta Club of Charlotte march along side the Sigmas and Zetas of Charlotte!

Today we welcome 15 new brothers to the Sigma Beta Club of Charlotte (2 not pictured). As we continue on this journey, we excitedly look forward to being the next generations of leaders. Thanks and appreciation to Ms. Verdetta Turner, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., for the pictures!

We are in the home stretch and just 4 days away from the drawing for a 55" Philips Smart TV.
