🎉🎨 Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with a Sip & Paint! 🎨🎉

Our residents recently came together for a special afternoon filled with creativity, culture, and community!

To mark the occasion, our incredible staff decorated our space with vibrant flags from across Latin America and served a delicious lineup of authentic international sodas and juices from Peru, El Salvador, and beyond.

From canvas painting to sampling unique flavors, it was a wonderful day honoring rich cultural traditions together!

A huge thank you to our friends at Thrift Pony for gifting $100 shopping sprees to the girls in our foster care program!

Thrift Pony’s mission is to make secondhand shopping fun and accessible for everyone, and this generous gift gave our young people the chance to pick out clothes that feel uniquely them.

We were honored to have Carolina Panthers QB Bryce Young, founder of the Young9Foundation visit Crittenton to spend time with the women and children in our care! 🏈

During his visit, Bryce toured our facility and spent time connecting with our clients over afternoon snack. Both Crittenton and the Young 9 Foundation share a deep commitment to mental health and family wellness. That shared focus brought Bryce's dad, Craig Young (Y9F CEO), to our inaugural Crittenton Conversations event as a panelist, making this visit a wonderful way to carry that conversation forward with Bryce in person.

We are so deeply grateful to Novant Health and Dr. Rachel Latterich!

Through the Novant Health Cares program, Dr. Latterich, a Family Medicine Resident, was recognized for going above and beyond in her community service. Given the opportunity to direct a $5,000 grant to a nonprofit of her choice, she selected Crittenton of North Carolina to support our work with women and children.

Partnerships like this ensures we can continue offering safe residential housing, healthcare, and educational programs for the women and children we serve. Thank you, Dr. Latterich, for your dedication to compassionate care both in medicine and in the community!

A little extra beauty goes a long way! 🌸✨

A huge thank you to Hope Bouquet Project – Becoming Her and Second Bloom Ministries for their generous floral donations to Crittenton! Thanks to these beautiful gifts, Chef Jamie was able to craft lovely arrangements for our dining tables and create special mini bouquets for our clients to brighten their personal spaces.

We are so grateful for community partners who bring light, care, and joy into our home! 💐❤️
