Quality Home Care Services, DBA Quality Comprehensive Health Center, (QCHC) is a multi-faceted, one-stop shop organization, with two locations, one in Concord, NC and has been anchored in the West End, Charlotte, NC, community for over 18 years. At Quality, we provide a variety services to our patients within the West End community and the surrounding area. Our goal is to remove barriers to care for individuals and families, and provide the highest standard of primary and specialty healthcare to all our patients. We do this by providing a “one stop shop” style of service delivery for the community. Our community is diverse in its healthcare needs, we find that providing such a wide array of services makes it much easier on our patients, whether they come in for primary care needs, mental health services, case management or personal care service. While most of our work is located at our four office sites, our team also helps seniors with in-home needs, such as personal dressing and grooming.

Help us welcome DeVondia R. Anthony to the Quality Comprehensive Health Center as a Case Manager, bringing a strong background in communications, community service, advocacy, and nonprofit leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Johnson C. Smith University and a Master’s degree in Communications from Queens University of Charlotte.

That busy-kitchen feeling: little hands reaching, dinner on the stove, and everyone ready to eat: is part of family life. Safe food habits can fit right into it. 💜

During National Food Safety Education Month, build these simple habits together:

✅ Wash hands and kitchen surfaces often.
✅ Keep raw foods separate from ready-to-eat foods.
✅ Cook foods to safe temperatures, using a food thermometer when possible.
✅ Refrigerate leftovers promptly and enjoy them safely.

During Blood Cancer Awareness Month, we’re bringing gentle attention to signs that can sometimes be associated with leukemia, lymphoma, or myeloma: blood cancers that can affect people of any age.

These symptoms can also come from many common, non-cancer conditions, so there’s no need to jump to conclusions. But if something feels persistent, unusual, or different for you, mention it to your primary care provider. Keeping routine checkups and completing blood work as recommended can help you stay informed about your health. ✅
