‼️ANNUAL HOLIDAY FAMILY ADOPTION PROGRAM: This December, The Changing Lives Together Foundation is adopting families in need in the Charlotte area who also have a kid with a life altering medical condition (special needs, cancer, autism, traumatic injury, etc).

🤝 We're so excited to share that Brad Panovich Meteorologist is partnering with us and co-leading this year's campaign! Thank you, Brad, for helping us bring joy to these families this holiday season.

🙏 But we need the community’s help to make this happen and reach our goal of raising $50,000 for these families! We'd love to have your support if you are interested and able! Your support will make a huge impact on these families by bringing them some much needed relief during the holidays.

Highlights:
👉 100% of the money donated will go directly to the families
👉 You can donate ANY amount
👉 Or it's a $2,500 donation to adopt 1 family yourself

Congratulations to these four campers who won a superlative award at the 6th Annual Camp CLT a couple of weeks ago.

Grace and Liam won the Leadership awards. And Annie and JuJu won the Spirit awards!!

These four campers not only won a cool Camp CLT trophy, but they also each won $100 in cash!!!

Thank you RAM Pavement Services and King Asphalt for changing lives! These two companies came together (with very short notice) and paved an entire road and sidewalks for our campers to use at Camp CLT this year!

This new road provided a safe way for the campers to get from their cabins to the camp activities each day!

Thank you again to these two great companies for being leaders in their field, as well as, in the community by serving these amazing kids!

Camp CLT may only last a few days, but the memories, friendships, and experiences these kids created will stay with them long after camp ends. 💙✨

Watching them laugh, try new things, build confidence, and simply enjoy being kids is what makes every moment of Camp CLT so special. 🏕️❤️

🚧 A HUGE thank you to RAM Pavement Services and King Asphalt for generously donating their services to build a brand-new road for Camp CLT! 💙♿️

This new road gives our campers a MUCH safer way to travel from one side of camp to the other, without having to navigate through grass and dirt fields with tree roots, gravel paths, and uneven terrain. 🙌

For kids using wheelchairs, this makes a tremendous difference by reducing the risk of falling and getting hurt while moving around camp. ❤️

We’re incredibly grateful for your generosity and for supporting the CLT Foundation and Camp CLT! 👏

And a special thank you to Chris Wilcox (from The Woody & Wilcox Show and 106.5 The End) for making the connection and helping advocate for the CLT Foundation. We came to Chris about three weeks ago with this idea and the request! Two weeks later, with Chris’ help, our new friends from RAM Pavement were able to get the job done! 💙🚧♿️

Nothing defines changing lives together more than this example.

💙 Sometimes, an opportunity comes along to make someone feel truly special…and we knew this was one of those moments.

Kayla has been part of our Camp CLT family for the past 3 years, and after learning she was going through some additional challenges, we decided it was time for a BIG surprise.

🎤✈️ We surprised Kayla and her mom with a three-day VIP trip to Baltimore to see her absolute favorite band, BTS official , and it was also Kayla’s very first time on an airplane!

🥹💜 From the flight to the hotel to seeing BTS live, this weekend was all about giving Kayla an unforgettable experience and reminding her just how special she is.

While wish granting isn’t one of our programs at the CLT Foundation, we saw a special need and an opportunity to bring some much-needed joy to someone who means a lot to our CLT family.

💙✨ Watching Kayla’s reaction and seeing that smile is exactly what Changing Lives Together is all about. ❤️
