Are you interested in learning how to teach kids yoga, but can’t make time for a weekend training?

Twist Kids Yoga is a registered yoga school with yoga alliance and this summer I’m opening up my schedule for 1:1 private training.

Sessions will be held on zoom and they are designed to give you all of the tools & techniques for teaching a solid kids yoga class. You’ll learn all the same techniques as you would in an in person training.

CEUs are available for registered yoga teachers.

Twist Kids Foundation was founded in 2021 with the heart filled intention to bring more mindfulness and movement to children and families regardless of their ethnicity, gender or economic status.
It was during the pandemic when many children and families were struggling mentally and emotionally. We saw the need for more mental & emotional wellbeing in both the home and the classroom.
As yoga educators, we were already aware of the benefits of mindfulness practices in the school especially within the community’s we were able to teach. We also saw how not all children and families had access to these practices and we wanted to help change that. We wanted to create something that would be inclusive and accessible no matter what.
As we began to launch, we received support from schools in Charlotte because educators were witnessing more anxiety and depression in their students due to the pandemic and the state of our world.
We believe our programs continue to evolve because mental and emotional health truly matter and kids deserve to thrive.
Happy children create happy adults.

It’s so awesome to get on Instagram and see all of the amazing accomplishments that are happening in the schools we are working in.

I just wanted to come on here and say that I’m so proud of all the schools that we are in and the amazing communities that we are working with.

Charlotte is a fast growing city and it’s so wonderful to be a part of its growth through the work we do.

You ALL are amazing!
