Captured moments from Mindful Movement Camp this week…

Thank you to all for who signed their kids up for Mindful Movement Camp this past week.

It was so much fun to spend time with the kids and to co-teach this camp with such a great teacher.

We practiced, we played mindfully, we got creative and most importantly we connected with each other.

It’s moments like these that make being a teacher so special…

We are just a week away from our Annual Mindful Movement Summer camp taught by Katie Bartella and Mary Beth Bender at August 10th-14th

We’d love to have you join us for this 4 day mindful yet playful camp where kids can meet each other from different schools and backgrounds.

This camp is a great way to prepare your kids for the transition from summer to back to school.

Through mindful movement, play, focus and rest we can help get them ready for the start of a new year.

They’ll leave with tools in their toolbox that can help support them in many different situations.

Are you interested in learning how to teach kids yoga, but can’t make time for a weekend training?

Twist Kids Yoga is a registered yoga school with yoga alliance and this summer I’m opening up my schedule for 1:1 private training.

Sessions will be held on zoom and they are designed to give you all of the tools & techniques for teaching a solid kids yoga class. You’ll learn all the same techniques as you would in an in person training.

CEUs are available for registered yoga teachers.
