My have we grown! Glory to God in all things!

Every Thursday, the students of St. Sophia School come together to celebrate Divine Liturgy as a school community. ❤️

Our students are encouraged to actively participate in the life of the Church—through singing, serving in the altar, and learning what it means to worship together as a community.

Today was especially meaningful as we gathered for a special blessing of water. What a beautiful way to begin our day in prayer and remind our students that our faith is something we live and participate in together. ☦️💧

We are so grateful for these opportunities to nurture our children’s love for the Church and help them grow in faith through prayer, service, and community.

By combining both Montessori and classical educational approaches, teachers seamlessly alternate between acting as observational guides and authoritative instructors. This unique balance fulfills students' needs for both structured learning and independent exploration throughout the day. Learn more at thestsophiaschool.org

✨ Today our school joyfully celebrated the feast day of St. Sophia! We began our day by attending Divine Liturgy together, giving thanks for the blessing of our school and asking for the prayers of our beloved patron saint.

After Liturgy, the celebration continued with special snacks and fellowship as our House teams gathered together. 💙❤️💚

St. Sophia, pray for us! ☦️

✨ What a beautiful and blessed first week back at St. Sophia School! ✨

Our halls are once again filled with laughter, learning, and the joyful energy of our students—and what a wonderful week it has been! ❤️

The children have jumped right back into learning, made new friends, and even discovered which House they’ll be part of! 🏠✨

They also gathered together for their first Divine Liturgy of the school year—a beautiful reminder that our faith is at the heart of everything we do. ☦️

As the week comes to a close, our students are beginning to settle into their routines, reconnect with their teachers and friends, and find their rhythm for the year ahead.

We are so grateful for a wonderful start to another school year and are looking forward to all that God has in store for our St. Sophia School family!

Here’s to a blessed, joyful, and fruitful year ahead! 📚☦️❤️
