No parent should have to plan a funeral for their child.

At just 14 years old, Max Brown faced leukemia with extraordinary courage, determination, and a smile that never seemed to fade. Even through the hardest days, he worked to spare his family additional worry and heartache.

When cancer turns a family's world upside down, Jane's Fund helps ease the financial burden so parents can focus on what matters most: making memories, sharing moments, and celebrating the life of their child.

Because of supporters like you, Jane's Fund has helped 111 families facing the loss of a child to cancer and funded 37 funerals, ensuring every child's life is honored with dignity and love.

Thank you for helping families find hope in their darkest moments and for reminding them that their child's story will never be forgotten.

For many students supported by Jane’s Fund, summer doesn’t begin with vacations, campfires, and carefree memories. Instead, it can bring long days without supervision, uncertainty about where the next meal will come from, isolation from friends, and the loss of trusted mentors like teachers and coaches.

Sixteen-year-old Lillie has faced more than most ever will. After years of treatment, an above-the-knee amputation, and the return of Ewing’s sarcoma (bone cancer) with no curative options left, she is still choosing joy.

This year, Lillie and her dad are planting what could be their most meaningful garden yet, and you can help make it a reality.

Jane’s Fund is working to cover one month of mortgage ($2,950) along with gifting a raised garden bed ($250) so Lillie’s family can focus on what matters most right now: time, together.

Thanks to the support of Jane’s Fund, students from MLK Middle experienced the nation's capital in a way that brought their classrooms to life.

From standing where history was made to seeing what’s possible for their own futures, this trip was about more than sightseeing, it was about expanding horizons.

Moments like these open doors, spark curiosity, and remind students that their path can go anywhere. 💕
