The T3 Toss Boss Invitational Co****le Tournament is officially FULL and it’s going to be a day to remember.

Join us Thursday, April 30 from 2–6PM on the Ayrsley Event Lawn next to Piedmont Social House.

We’ve got 24 teams locked in, including our own New Forum Inc and Concorde Construction Co., all competing for the win (and bragging rights). 🏆

Food, cold beer, live music from the Lisa De Novo Band, and plenty of lawn games set the scene for an incredible afternoon.

We’ll see everyone out on the lawn. 🎯

Another successful T3 Sandwich Making Event! 🥪

On Tuesday, our team came together to prepare 400 ham and cheese sandwiches for Roof Above, a Charlotte nonprofit serving 1,400 people every day through street outreach, day services, emergency shelter, and permanent supportive housing.

A special thank you to our Food & Beverage team for generously donating all the products that made this event possible. Your support helped us give back to our community in a meaningful way.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support Roof Above and their mission to help end homelessness in Charlotte. 💙

Founded internally by New Forum and Concorde Construction, The T3 Initiative exists to honor the legacy of Mark Good by turning purpose into action. From volunteer service to fundraising and community partnerships, we are committed to making a meaningful impact.

Last night we gathered for our Good Gathering đź’›

A night dedicated to the people and organizations who have helped us "Live life doing Good things, and leave your Mark behind…"

Through The T3 Initiative, powered internally by New Forum Inc and Concorde Construction Co., we’ve raised over $32,000 in donations in honor of Mark Good. Seeing the stats and stories displayed throughout the room was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.

We were proud to recognize this year’s T3 Award recipients:
✨ Time Award – Mitchell & Martin (17+ events served!)
✨ Treasure Award – Ecclesia Cladding Company (most donations raised)
✨ Talent Award – Brooke (for embodying T3 through their work)

With food, drinks, mingling, and reflection, it was a night to celebrate impact — and the incredible community behind it.
