🎾 It’s Coach Appreciation Month!
Today, on National Coaches Day, we’re kicking off a month-long celebration of the coaches who do so much more than teach tennis. They show up early. Stay late. Encourage the tough days. Celebrate the small wins. Build confidence. And somehow make wrangling a court full of players look easy.

Throughout October, we’ll be celebrating the coaches who make a difference on and off the court.

Who’s a coach who has made a difference in your life? Tell us in the comments! We’re going to be featuring them all month long.

🎾 From the U.S. Open to our courts right here in Charlotte, Junior Team Tennis is officially in full swing for the fall season!

This fall, 89 teams and 750+ junior players representing 25 facilities are competing across 10 divisions, giving players ages 8U–18U the chance to compete, grow their game and have fun on the court.

We loved celebrating our young players with a special U.S. Open-inspired experience, and now it’s time to cheer them on throughout the fall season! 🎾💚

🎾 Charlotte Tennis Association is showing up for the tennis community!

CTA board members and staff attended the USTA North Carolina Community Development Workshop at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro this past weekend.

The annual gathering brings together community tennis organizations from across the state for a weekend of learning, sharing best practices, networking and, of course, a little fun along the way! 💙😉

We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with fellow tennis leaders and continue learning new ways to grow and strengthen tennis in Charlotte.

Together, we’re building a stronger tennis community. 🎾
