Young Entrepreneurs Market

At Charlotte Soul Fest 2026, we’re investing in the next generation of leaders, creators, and business owners.

Our Young Entrepreneurs Market will feature 10 young entrepreneurs (ages 8–17), providing them the opportunity to showcase their businesses and connect with the community.

Deadline to apply is April 15. There is no vendor fee if selected.

Charlotte Soul Fest is returning Labor Day Weekend — Saturday, September 5, 2026, and we are now accepting applications from vendors offering unique merchandise.

Our goal is to curate a vibrant marketplace that reflects the diversity of our attendees and the creativity of our community. We welcome vendors whose products help create a dynamic and engaging shopping experience for festival guests.

Vendor spaces are limited in each category to ensure a balanced and diverse marketplace. After reviewing applications, vendors will be contacted by our team if selected to participate.

We are honored to share that Charlotte Soul Fest has received a Project Support Grant from the City of Charlotte () through the Creative Growth Grant program.

Thank you to the Charlotte City Council and the City of Charlotte for investing in local creatives, and to Charlotte Is Creative () and Civility Localized () for the guidance, training, and encouragement throughout the application process.

This support helps strengthen our ability to continue presenting Charlotte Soul Fest as a free, inclusive experience where arts, culture, wellness, and community come together for Charlotte. 💫

💜 Health is Wealth — and Community is Power!

At Charlotte Soul Fest 2025, our Health & Wellness Zone made a lasting impact — connecting the community to care, education, and life-saving resources:

✨ 22 women received free on-site mammograms
🩸 30 lives saved through blood donations
💉 Flu vaccines administered on-site
❤️ Blood pressure & glucose screenings provided throughout the day

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible partners who made it possible:
Mecklenburg County Public Health, Vida Pharmacy, Novant Health, OneBlood, Invision Diagnostics, Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers, ArchWell Health, and AARP.

Seeing our youngest attendees dancing, coloring, learning, and smiling reminded us why this festival exists — to inspire joy and belonging for every generation. 🌈

Charlotte Soul Fest is committed to the fight against hunger — which is why we partnered with Harris Teeter, who each donated $1,500 on behalf of Charlotte Soul Fest. Together, this $3,000 contribution will help Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina distribute 21,000 pounds of nutritious food to our local neighbors in need.
