Evolving to Independence is a newer nonprofit in Charlotte, NC. We are working to bridge the gap for underserved young adults to be provided with opportunities they were not given growing up. Through our case management and behavioral health services we are working alongside individuals to achieve the goals they want in life.

Next up for our intros is Kim Leaston, our public relations board member. Kim’s passion for supporting and serving underprivileged communities and groups is what led her to join Evolving to Independence. She hopes her work here will help at-risk youth in the community gain the tools and knowledge they need to become the next generation of leaders and professionals. For this week's , allow us to introduce you to our treasurer, Tyler To. Tyler joined our board to help assist Charlotte's underprivileged young adult community. He wants to use this opportunity to bridge the gap for these young adults from their youth to adulthood, ensuring they reach their full potential.
