Redbird Youth Foundation Our vision is to inspire students to explore what their lives could look like in 10 years’ time.

Our mission is to discover and develop the talents, skills, and motivation necessary for students from diverse communities to succeed in high school, college, and a career of their choice. Redbird Youth Foundation teaches students strategies for creating the future they envision. We do this by providing career and college exploration, financial literacy, SAT prep, scholarships, and year-round tuto

ring. Mentorship is also used to prepare students for success in the 21st century. Our goal is to support students in learning more about who they are, what they want, and how to get it as they progress through high school and develop a 10-year plan.
