Qualifications Prior experience as a head or assistant basketball coach (AAU, high school, or collegiate level preferred). Strong understanding of basketball fundamentals, player development, and team systems. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to travel on weekends for tournaments. Must pass a background check and meet all organization safety and compliance requirements. --- Preferred Attributes Former high school, collegiate or professional playing experience. Experience mentoring youth athletes and fostering character development. Passion for helping players reach their full potential both on and off the court. Commitment to the program’s mission of excellence, growth, and integrity.

2 weeks away from the 2nd Annual KR3 Mental Health + Sports Thanksgiving Invitational 🦃🔥 presented by Flyod Mayweather and the TMT fam 🥊 . With a 14 game slate both days are going to be jammed action packed games 💥. They'll have games, prizes, 🏆 giveaways, 🥘 food, and I heard a few celebrities may be stopping through 👀. Most importantly they will hosting a mental health discussion Saturday morning 9:30-11am inside the gym that anyone can attend especially the players, parents, and coaches attending the Invitational.

Job Description

E.A. Lady Stars(Educated Athletes) is a premier national girls youth basketball organization, and we are looking for coaches to lead our club teams.

E.A. Lady Star coaches are high-character individuals with a passion for mentoring, leading, and educating children as well as a strong knowledge of basketball. They form transformational relationships with players and parents that are about more than just basketball and are not simply transactional.

This is a part-time paid stipend position with on-court hours performed primarily 2 evenings per week for practices (1.5 hours/practice) and 1-2 weekends per month for tournaments/leagues (2-4 games/weekend).

More hours are also available if willing and able to coach more than one team as well as work other E.A. Lady Star workouts, clinics, and camps.
