On Thursday, April 2, 2026, it was reported that Coral Springs, FL’s first black and Haitian American female commissioner was allegedly murdered by her husband. We pray for peace, comfort, and healing for her loved ones and the entire community.

Our 2025 “From the Heart Luncheon: Building Leaders for a Positive Impact” was truly a celebration of love, legacy, and community. We honored the life and legacy of Marie Aline Gay (Manman) — whose heart for service continues to inspire everything we do — and shared the impact of our ongoing work through Leadership Development.

LOVE Week is an opportunity for the church and organizations to unite to serve, give, and love in a tangible way-locally and globally.
