🔔 Coming This December: A Lifeline of Hope for the People of Abia State.

Every day, thousands in rural communities suffer in silence, not because their illnesses are untreatable, but because access to basic medical care is out of reach.

This December, Onwukwe Foundation is stepping in to change that.

📍Location:Abia State, Nigeria

Date:27th- 29th December,2025.

💊 Our Mission is to Deliver free, life saving medical care to those who need it most.

Our Free Medical Mission will provide:

✔️ Free medical consultations and screenings
✔️ Access to essential medications
✔️ Minor surgical procedures
✔️ Health education and preventive care
✔️ Special outreach to the elderly, women, and children

For many beneficiaries, this will be the first medical attention they have ever received.

Imagine the relief of a mother whose child finally gets treatment, the gratitude of an elderly man who can walk again without pain.
These are the silent cries we are answering.

But we cannot do it alone.

Please we are calling on compassionate individuals, organizations, and corporate sponsors to partner with us.

Your support can help:

* Fund medical supplies and equipment
* Cover logistics and outreach operations
* Sponsor volunteer health professionals

If you have been looking for a meaningful way to give back, this is it.
Let’s give the gift of health, and restore dignity to lives.

Dr. Onwukwe was among the distinguished Nigerian physicians who participated in the 2025 ANPA (Association of Nigerian Physicians in the Americas) Convention, commemorating their 30th anniversary in grand style in Lagos, Nigeria.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu was happy to welcome the ANPA team as over 130 physicians from the United States, alongside partners from Thailand, arrived to deliver lifesaving surgeries, capacity building training for healthcare workers, and a scientific conference.

This impactful medical mission was made possible through collaboration with the Lagos State Ministry of Health, Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), private hospital, and other key stakeholders, all committed to improving healthcare outcomes in Lagos.

It was truly a successful and transformative mission..All thanks to ANPA and the power of diaspora collaboration.

This is what impact looks like.
This is Lagos, rising.

As a medical practitioner with a passion for making a difference, I'm honored to share my experience as a certified "Stop the Bleed" instructor with the American College of Surgeons' (ACS) program.

This initiative, launched in 2015, aims to teach individuals how to control severe bleeding, saving lives in emergency situations. Uncontrolled bleeding is a leading cause of preventable death, and by empowering individuals to take action, we can significantly reduce mortality rates.

Through the comprehensive instructor course offered by the ACS Committee on Trauma, I gained expertise in bleeding control techniques, assessment and decision-making, and communication and teamwork. As an instructor, my primary responsibility is to educate others on essential skills required to control severe bleeding. I will be conducting training sessions, workshops, and presentations to disseminate this critical knowledge, aiming to empower individuals from all walks of life to become lifesavers.

The "Stop the Bleed" initiative has the potential to save countless lives by reducing mortality rates, enhancing community resilience, and supporting emergency responders. I'm committed to empowering others to save lives and believe this initiative can significantly impact public health and safety. I invite you to join me in this vital mission to educate others on bleeding control techniques and create a community of lifesavers, ultimately making a difference and creating a safer, more resilient community.
