The pandemic has decimated Kenyan tourism which helps to financially support wildlife protection. Poaching for profit and food is becoming rampant.
Elephant Aware has been able to keep all of their rangers employed and continues to protect wildlife on over 147,000 acres in southern Kenya.

The 3rd Annual Boston 5K Run for Elephants is back! An event for everyone, this 5k Run/Walk is a chance for you to run, push a stroller, jog or walk your way around the beautiful Chestnut Hill Reservoir while raising awareness and valuable funds for elephant care and protection. This Run/Walk builds on the momentum begun by similar fundraising runs held in L.A., London and New York's Central Park. Bibs, timing and photos of individual runners are provided by your RaceWire registration.
