A big thank you to Carroll Terrace and Ridgemont Apartments for welcoming Central WV Aging Services, Inc. to host bingo with pizza and prizes!

We had wonderful turnouts at both events and truly enjoyed spending time with everyone who joined us. These community events are always a highlight for our team, giving us the opportunity to have some fun, share a few laughs, and connect with the people in the communities we serve. ❤️

🍂 **Thank You, Oak Leaf Festival!** 🍂

Central WV Aging Services, Inc. had a wonderful time at the Oak Leaf Festival this past Saturday! We want to give a special thank you to Saundie Smith and the Oak Leaf Festival representatives for allowing us to be a sponsor and giving us the opportunity to set up a booth at this great community event.

Throughout the day, we had the chance to speak with hundreds of people about the services we provide to seniors and individuals with disabilities, answer questions, and hand out plenty of free goodies!

Most importantly, we truly enjoyed connecting with so many wonderful people from Oak Hill and the surrounding communities. We hope everyone who stopped by our booth received the information they were looking for, and if you or a loved one ever needs assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help!

🎉 **Bingo Fun at South Charleston Unity Apartments!** 🎉

We had such a wonderful time playing bingo with the residents of South Charleston Unity Apartments this week! It was a lively group filled with plenty of laughs, smiles, and great company. ❤️

Diane shared her experience as a caregiver, the relationships she’s built with her clients, and what makes this work so rewarding. We’re incredibly grateful to Diane—and to all of our caregivers who make a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities across West Virginia every day.

We had an incredible time at the Empowering Families 2026 event this past weekend!

A heartfelt thank you to UnPuzzled Parents Connect for organizing such a meaningful day focused on education, inclusion, advocacy, and support for individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. The event was exceptionally well organized, and we were honored to be a sponsor.

It was a pleasure meeting so many wonderful families, caregivers, professionals, and community members who stopped by our booth. We truly enjoyed the conversations and the opportunity to share how Central West Virginia Aging Services supports individuals and families throughout our communities.

We were also inspired by the outstanding speakers, whose stories and insights reminded us all of the importance of understanding, acceptance, and working together to build more inclusive communities.

🌊 **What an incredible adventure!** 🇨🇦

Our June tour to Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick was filled with beautiful scenery, wonderful memories, and even better company!
