Created in August of 2013, the AAPA is a giving circle that is comprised of individuals and businesses committed to addressing the societal ills facing the African American community in West Virginia. It will serve as an important venue to:

(1) help increase the awareness and significance of giving circles, and

(2) provide a vehicle for making charitable contributions via a collaborative effort,

thereby making a greater impact in the Black community. The AAPA will provide grants for organizations serving African American children, youth, and families in West Virginia.
