Corporate Transparency Act news:
This was the last remaining nationwide order pausing beneficial ownership reporting requirements. Due to this new court order, reporting requirements under the act are reinstated for applicable community associations.

Our neighbors are having a conference at the Washington Convention Center, March 7 & 8th. Last year was amazing and had great sessions that taught about reserve studies to CAI state Legislative Action Committees get things done in the state houses.
