Congratulations to AIA West Virginia member Aric Margolis Architecture and the full project team on the official ribbon-cutting for Hill Hall Hotel in Fayetteville.

Aric served as architect of record for the adaptive reuse of the former Fayetteville High School, transforming the historic property into a 40-room boutique hotel while preserving an important part of the community’s history.

Projects like this show how thoughtful design can honor the past, strengthen a community’s sense of place, and create new opportunities for the future.
