We want to recognize our November Employee of the Month, Carena Mitchell. She works in our AOC Day Program and has been with The Arc for a year.

Carena shares, “I love working at the ARC because of clients & my fellow DSP; they make my days fun. Working at the arc is exciting for me as a DSP being able to do different hands-on projects with our clients to teach and learn different historical facts about our country and other countries is amazing. And seeing them laugh and smile makes me want to come back every day.” when she isn't working, she enjoys baking and reading.

Each month we will be highlighting the employee of the month. We appreciate each employee's hard work to help our agency take care of the clients we serve.

Our October Employee of the month is Kenneth Grier; he has only worked for us for a few months but has been in this field for over 20 years.

When he is not working, he enjoys sports, including his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys!

If you see Kenneth, congratulate him on the great job he is doing for our clients.
