Attraction coupon books are now at the gym for Booster club members! Please make sure to sign up for the booster club and pick up the number of books you want from the front desk!! The books are $20. You turn in $10 and keep $10.

Hello fellow GAC team parents-


My name is Kim Durst and along with English Suggs, we are working with the LEAP booster club to support our gymnasts. We are both new to the gym and we are excited to get involved with the gym and to get to know all of you better. We are hoping to develop a booster club that can help you as parents and more importantly your gymnasts- through support for the gymnasts with sirsees for meets, development of the coaches by sending them to conferences, and financial support for the parents who are interested in participating.

What do we need from you? First, If you do not want your information shared with us, please e-mail Denise ([email protected]) or respond to this email by Sept 4, 2018 to have your information left off the list of team members that will be provided to the booster club. Second, join the booster club- thats it! If you would like to participate in other fundraising opportunities- corn hole tournament, banner sales, concession stand sales at the Monster Mash meet in October the money you raise will be yours directly- you can work as much or as little as you would like.

We are looking for 100% participation! All that means is joining- we will get you details soon, but it only costs $25 per family. Each level will get an ice cream party when their group reaches 100% membership in the booster club!!! The first level to reach 100% will have a little extra fun at their party! I have attached the link to the bottom of this email for the membership form.

If you are interested in being involved or would like to act as a level representative, please contact me- we have some interest but many hands make light work and if you want to participate, we want your help!

LEAP Booster Club is in search of parents to help run the program! We are in need of officers to fill several positions.
This past year LEAP ran the Monster Mash concession stand, organized gym sisters, sold candy bars, helped send coaches to Regional
Congress, sold banner ads, gave flowers to every gymnast for state, supplied regional qualifiers with a bag tag and helped the gym with volunteers for the meets.
We have a Corn Hole Tournament that is waiting to be organized for the fall with food trucks and all!
This is a great time to get involved with new leotards and meet fees coming quickly!

Dear Parents,
The 2017-2018 gymnastics meet season is slowly winding down. What a great season it has been! Just as the gymnasts will begin preparing for next season, we also need to begin to prepare for next season. We are looking for some eager parents who would be interested in serving on the LEAP Board. The booster club is such a great way to connect and get to know other parents at the gym. We organize and participate in fundraisers that help offset the cost of a new leotard, travel expenses, and even meet fees. This past year we organized the October Raffle, Monster Mash Concession Stand, Gym Sister T-Shirts, World’s Finest Chocolate Bars sales, State Flowers and an Ice Cream Social after practice. We are also in the process of planning a Co****le Tournament that will take place in September with food trucks and The FUN MASTER (Coach Randy)! Please consider how you would like to be involved. You are always welcome to contact me if you have any questions.
