WVNLA Supports the Seasonal Employment Alliance

WVNLA is proud to serve as the lead sponsor for the Seasonal Employment Alliance (SEA) Fall Strategy Session, taking place October 6–9 at The Greenbrier.

The session will bring together stakeholders in the H-2B seasonal workers program to discuss the future of seasonal workforce policy and advocacy.

A key focus will be planning for passage of the Certified Seasonal Employer designation, which would allow employers who have participated in the program for at least five years to receive an exemption for returning workers.

SEA continues to advocate for greater certainty and long-term solutions for seasonal employers and the workforce they rely on.
