MEET BUFFY THE TOY SLAYER! 🧛‍♀️
Into every generation, a Slayer is born… and this one is armed with squeaky toys and an irresistible personality.

Meet Buffy! A 1.5-year-old Lab mix who’s ready to slay her way into someone’s heart!

Don’t let the name fool you. The only thing dangerous about this Slayer is how quickly she’ll steal your heart. ❤️

Buffy is a fun-loving girl who enjoys playing, tossing her toys around, and hanging out with her foster siblings. But when she’s off duty? She’s all about snuggling up beside her favorite human and collecting as many belly rubs as possible.

She’s only been in foster for THREE days, and she’s already figured out the doggy door! She’s potty trained, does well in her crate, and is working on basic commands.

We suspect Buffy hasn’t had much structure in her life, so she’s absolutely LOVING this whole foster home experience! She’s learning new things, making friends, and discovering just how wonderful life can be.

Buffy is dog-friendly, although a crowd of larger dogs can be a little intimidating at first. But she’s gaining confidence every day and doing great with her foster siblings.

Every Slayer needs a little training, and Buffy is no exception!

She’s looking for a family who will help her continue learning, build her confidence, and give her all the love she deserves.

She’s got the playful personality, the sweet disposition, and the adorable face.

Now all she’s missing is her very own Scooby Gang.

This Halloween, Buffy’s not looking for vampires to slay. She’s looking for a forever family to save the day! 🦇

HELP US FLIP PANCAKE’S LIFE AROUND! 🥞
Pancake has had a pretty rough go of things lately, and we’d say she’s WELL overdue for a little buttering up.

And as you can see from her before-and-after photos, we’ve already started flipping things around!

Our girl was severely matted and desperately needed a good grooming. Well, she got her spa day, and just LOOK at her now!

But Pancake needs more than a bubble bath and a good hair day.

She also has a large mass on her abdomen that needs to be surgically removed, and she’s heartworm positive.

Basically, Pancake has a whole STACK of problems, and we’re hoping you’ll help us flip things around!

Here’s what’s on the menu:

🥞 $120 - 8 days to board her while we found a foster to mark her safe.

🥞 $150 — The Fluff & Buff: ALREADY DONE! Pancake got her much-needed professional grooming! We covered the cost upfront, but donations will help us recoup that expense.

🥞 $919 — The Big Flip: Removal of her abdominal mass, biopsy and spay.

🥞 $639 — The Heart Fix: Heartworm treatment to give Pancake a healthier future.

EXPERIENCED FOSTER, RESCUE OR ADOPTER NEEDED FOR PHANTOM! 🐾
Meet Phantom, a 6-month-old Great Dane mix who is a whole lot of puppy with one little twist… he’s deaf. ❤️

While his hearing loss hasn’t been formally confirmed through testing, it’s become pretty apparent that Phantom cannot hear.

But don’t tell HIM that anything is different! 😂

Phantom is a happy, playful, energetic boy with a BIG personality. He’s smart, curious, loves other dogs, and has already figured out how to watch his furry friends for cues about what’s going on around him.

But here’s where we need some help.

Phantom needs an experienced foster, rescue, or adopter who understands deaf dogs or is genuinely committed to learning how to train and communicate with one.

He’s still VERY much a puppy! He’s energetic, occasionally mouthy, and learning boundaries, potty training, and crate training. Add hearing loss into the mix, and he needs extra patience, structure, and consistency.

A confident, well-mannered dog companion could be a wonderful influence on him! He already learns so much just by watching other dogs.

We want to set Phantom up for success, which means finding the RIGHT environment. A home with young children may not be the best fit while he’s still learning his manners.

💙 Phantom doesn’t need someone to feel sorry for him. He needs someone willing to teach him.

Being deaf doesn’t mean he can’t live an amazing, happy, adventure-filled life. It just means he’ll experience the world a little differently.

Somewhere out there is someone who knows exactly how to help this special boy thrive.

ANGEL NEEDS AN ANGEL. 💔🐾
We saw the plea for rescue help, read her story, saw her sweet face… and we just couldn’t stop ourselves.

So now we’re asking: Can someone please be Angel’s angel and foster her?

Angel was found abandoned inside a crate on the side of the road in Orangeburg County. We don’t know who left her there, how long she waited, or what her life looked like before that moment.

What we do know is that despite everything, she’s still incredibly gentle and sweet. And she deserves so much better.

Angel is approximately 7 years old, 67 pounds, and heartworm positive. She’s not a tiny puppy or a young, healthy dog that everyone is lining up to adopt. But that doesn’t make her any less deserving of a second chance.

When we saw her story, we knew we wanted to help. But we need a foster home to make that possible.

She doesn’t need anything fancy. Just a safe home, a soft bed, a little patience, and someone willing to show her that people can be kind.

She’s already been abandoned once. We’d really love for the next chapter of her life to be the one where everything changes.

MEET REMY! 💕
After spending nearly THREE MONTHS in the shelter, Remy finally busted out last week! And let me tell you, this little girl was worth the wait. 🥹

At 2 years old and just 20 pounds, Remy is the sweetest little thing with a gentle heart and a whole lot of love to give.

She can be a little shy at first, but once she decides you’re her person? Congratulations! You’ve got yourself a tiny shadow. 😂

Remy enjoys the simple things in life: soaking up the sunshine, cuddling on the couch, playing with her dog friends, and just being wherever her people are.

And honestly? She’s about as easygoing as they come!

MEET KATE! 💕
Professional stalker. Expert cuddler. Absolutely ZERO respect for personal space.

Kate is a 3-month-old puppy who has already decided that wherever you go, SHE goes.

Going to the kitchen? Kate’s coming.
Going to the bathroom? Kate’s coming.
Just moving from one side of the couch to the other? Don’t worry. She’s right behind you.

You will never be alone again. 😂

And honestly? With a face this sweet, who would complain?

Kate is an absolute sweetheart who loves everyone she meets! She’s wonderful with children, other dogs, and even cats. She’s already potty trained, spayed, and doing great learning the ropes of being a family dog.

She’s also quite the little adventurer! Kate LOVES the beach and cruising around on the golf cart. She’s perfectly happy tagging along for whatever the day brings, as long as she’s with her people.

Now, Kate does have one complaint about life: KENNELS.

She’s not a fan of being confined and can get a little anxious. But give this girl a spot beside you in bed? She’ll curl right up and sleep peacefully through the night. Apparently, her preferred accommodations are five-star, with a human included. 😂

At just 3 months old, Kate is still a baby who will need patience, reassurance, and continued training as she grows.

But what she already has figured out is how to love with her whole little heart.

She’s sweet, affectionate, adventurous, and ready to be somebody’s tiny shadow.

💔 Nala needs help NOW. Her life may depend on someone stepping up for her today.

This sweet girl is estimated to be 5–6 years old and heartworm negative. Nala is still wagging her tail and happily greeting us. 🥺❤️ She wants to be loved, and she deserves the chance to experience so much more than a shelter. Her story should not end here.

We suspect Nala may have been struck by a car. She is unable to use one of her back legs, and because of her size and limited mobility, she is struggling to support herself and cannot get around on her own.

Nala needs immediate rescue so she can receive the continued medical care she desperately needs. After further medical evaluation, we know she needs more than what we can provide her at this time.

MEET FLASH! ⚡️ (Formerly Hershey)
And trust us, this boy has EARNED his new name. 😂

Flash is a 1-year-old, 48-pound chocolate Lab mix with two speeds: FAST and FASTER.

Seriously. Someone get this dog a NASCAR sponsorship. 🏁

Saved from euthanasia after coming in as a stray, Flash is basically a giant puppy with enough energy to power a small city!

He LOVES other dogs, chasing balls, playing fetch, and running laps around the yard like he’s qualifying for the Daytona 500.

And just when you think he’s tired?

NOPE. ANOTHER LAP. 😂

Flash’s first foster home wasn’t quite the right fit, but he’s THRIVING in his new foster home with other dogs to help burn off that energy!

Here’s the thing about Flash: he’s a clean slate.

He’s still learning commands, potty training, and basic house manners. He’s goofy, sweet, ridiculously playful, and hasn’t quite figured out that he’s not a tiny puppy anymore.

Flash needs patience, consistency, a sense of humor, and preferably a fenced yard and a playful doggy sibling! He likes children, but older kids may be a better fit given his enthusiasm. A cat-free home is recommended.

And when you FINALLY wear him out? Underneath all that chaos is the sweetest boy who just wants love and companionship. ❤️

Flash isn’t perfect, and he doesn’t come with an OFF switch installed. But he’s friendly, happy, dog-loving, and SO ready to learn.

He doesn’t need someone expecting a perfect dog. He needs someone excited to help him become one.
