💙 Heart of the Mission: Inside WV’s Child Advocacy Centers 🧡

This month, we’re spotlighting Hero's Haven Child Advocacy Center WV. 🌟 Hero’s Haven provides children with a safe, supportive place to be heard and begin healing after abuse. Through forensic interviews, advocacy, prevention, and more, their team is restoring hope — one child, one family, and one community at a time across Harrison, Doddridge, Barbour, and Taylor counties. 🌟👏

✨ Fun fact: Hero's Haven CAC is expanding the care they provide! The center now offers in-house therapy services, making it easier for children and families to access trauma-informed mental health support in one familiar place. They're also developing an on-site medical suite, helping reduce travel for children who need medical evaluations after abuse. It's another big step toward ensuring every child receives the comprehensive care they deserve.
