Nearly 50 years ago, our highest court told West Virginia its school funding formula was unconstitutional. Half a century later, the state still hasn’t fixed it and our kids are the ones paying for it.

Today, we’re putting the state on notice: Fund our schools like the constitution requires, or answer for it. West Virginia, we’ll see you in court.
