We share with heavy hearts the passing of Todd Phillips, a cherished member of our band family. Todd’s kindness, generosity, and unwavering support left a lasting mark on our program and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Todd was a dedicated part of our community—serving on Bands of Wando Prop Crew and the Bands of Wando Foundation. He was always willing to lend a helping hand behind the scenes. His commitment helped shape countless performances and memories for our students.

Our deepest condolences go out to his wife, Cindy, who served as Board Treasurer, and their children, Chris, a talented saxophone player, and Cassie. We hold you in our thoughts and surround you with love during this difficult time.

We invite our band alumni to join us in honoring his life at his Celebration of Life service.
