Helping students in need is on my mind! Donations (Sadaqa) to support Muslim students' education in our community in Charleston, IL. is needed. Please use the following information to support us. JazakaAllah.

Assalamu Alaikum, dear brothers and sisters,

We have Muslim students in our community who are facing serious financial difficulties and struggling to pay their tuition and university expenses. Some are at risk of being unable to register for classes or continue their education.

I am asking our Muslim community near and far to come together and support these students during this difficult time. Even a small contribution can make a meaningful difference. Our collective support can help a student stay enrolled, continue their education, and focus on building a better future.

Assalamualaikum, Ramadan Kareem!
We did our first Taraveeh last night. The first 10 days, Isha+Taraveeh are at 7:45pm.
The first Iftar dinner is going to be tonight at 5:45 pm. InshaAllah. This is a potluck event. You are requested to bring a dish to share. There will be plates, and eating utensils and water and other drinks will be available. Please clean after your dish and take your empty containers with you. InshaAllah

You're invited to our annual potluck picnic on Saturday, November 2nd, at Fox Ridge State Park's Ball Diamond Pavilion, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The pavilion is reserved all day (8 AM - 8 PM), so feel free to arrive early if you'd like! Please mark your calendars!
For those needing transportation, we’ll have carpooling available from the Muslim Campus House at 1808 9th St.
Please bring a favorite dish to share! MSA will provide plates, utensils, and drinks.

Assalamualaikum...it seems there is a severe weather prediction tonight with high risk..so please make safe decisions if you should come or not to Iftar and Isha/Taraveeh. I will not make it to Iftar. I will try to make it to Isha/Taraveeh. InshaAllah.

Assalamualaikum,
Ramadan Mubarak to you and your loved ones. I pray that the blessed month of Ramadan will bring peace and security to those who need it the most. May Allah (swt) help us to fulfill the obligations of our religion and make us successful here and hereafter.
We just did our first Traveeh. Please see the attached document for the Ramadan calendar.
Fajr is 15 min after Adhan and Isha/Taraveeh is at 8:45 pm.

Potluck Iftar is at the campus house every day InshaAllah. Do your best to bring a dish to share. Eating utensils, water, and juice will be provided. InshaAllah.
