This week’s meeting was outstanding with a great presentation led by Coastal Conservation League! So grateful for their advocacy efforts locally and across our state.❤️

Have y’all heard about this? Our friends at Teachers' Supply Closet need us more than ever to help out with school supplies for the coming year. Let’s make it happen!!!✏️✂️📚🚌

Our Why?

Grant funding and corporate giving have dropped significantly this year, and the need in our classrooms hasn't slowed down. We've launched a 2-week emergency appeal to raise $200,000 for school supplies.

It's time to do a little bragging! Our club has been named a Distinguished Club by Kiwanis International! Kiwanis Club of Charleston was one of only 12 out of 133 clubs in our District to win the award. That's what happens when a group of dedicated, Lowcountry loving people work together! 👊

Our next Kiwanis Happy Hour is scheduled for 4:30pm on Thursday, June 18th at Over the Horizon Brewery. This will take the place of our regular lunch meeting that day. This is a great opportunity to bring a prospective member to meet some of the group in a social setting.

Address: 2200 Heriot St, Charleston, SC 29403

This morning, our Kiwanis club built a wheelchair ramp for a local resident- helping make her home safer and more accessible. 💙 We are proud to serve our community, one child and one project at a time.
