Another win for LWV plaintiffs and voters rights. This follows last week’s win on allowing nonprofit groups to register new citizen voters at USCIS naturalization ceremonies.

A federal court blocked the US Postal Service from implementing President Trump’s 2026 executive order restricting mail voting, finding the order likely unconstitutional and harmful to voters ahead of the 2026 midterm elections

The U.S. Senate Special Republican Party Primary is on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, with early voting on August 5-7. Voters who cast ballots in the June 9 Republican primary and those who are registered but did not vote in June are eligible to vote in the special primary.
