A neighbor on Wade Hampton Drive reported several juveniles were on their property last night around 8:00pm and threw/smashed fast food sauce packets on his truck. There were two wearing white/light hoodies and another in a black/dark hoodie came into the video later. Please DM if you saw this group or experienced anything similar.

The Neighborhood Council will meet on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. for its regularly scheduled meeting. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island. 🚧 Traffic Control Update: Harbor View Force Main Capacity Upgrade Project 🚧

Beginning Tuesday, October 21st, there will be a lane closure on the westbound lane of Harbor View Road from Ft. Sumter Drive to North Shore Drive, along with a median closure from Darwin Street to Ft. Sumter Drive. Traffic on Harbor View Road will continue to flow with lanes shifted. Because of the median closure, motorists will not be able to make a left hand turn from Gregg Dr.

This phase of the project is expected to continue through November 21st, and will be a 24-hr a day closure throughout the duration.

Please plan extra travel time, follow posted detours, and drive safely through the work zone. Thank you for your patience as we make important infrastructure improvements for our community. 💧
