CCAR Industries is a community-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in East Central Illinois. We were founded in 1969 by a group of committed parents with the shared goal of providing quality services to children and adults with disabilities. Today, we continue their mission as we serve almost 300 children, adults and fami

lies each year. Our physical locations include an administration building, three community day programs and nine group homes that are located in Charleston, Illinois. We firmly believe that every life should be lived to its fullest and are committed to making dreams a reality for those who we serve in their homes, day programs and our community.
