West V's Got Talent An amazing statewide talent show competition during FestivAll. Brought to you by IEC and DREAMS mentoring program.

DREAMS Mentoring Program is proud to present West V’s Got Talent . This is an opportunity for gaining insight to West Virginia most important asset, our youth. Participants will use their talents to demonstrate confidence, leadership, and the desire to achieve their individual goals. Participants will be competing for a several $4,500 scholarships for any student interested in conti

nuing education after high school, up to $1,000 in cash prizes, a professional portfolio portrait, and radio interview, various other awards.
