UPDATE: It’s on! We had some wonderful people step up to participate, and some vendors that want to set up, so we will be there tonight at ShaMelLon for the Chili Cookoff! Bring your family and your kids!

Hi All- We have not received any communication that people plan to attend or participate in this event, other than some very excited vendors. Please email us at [email protected] if you plan to participate in the chili cookoff by this Friday, or we will need to cancel this event. We are very focused on getting the pool ready for the 2026 season, and need to channel our time and energy where it is needed most.

Here is calendar for next two months. We have First Baptist Swim Team practicing at our pool, like we have had the past few years.
Some of you have asked about our closing date. In the past, we have closed on Columbus Day, so it is likely that we will do the same again this year. We will keep you posted!

Just a reminder that Clean Up Day is this Saturday, March 22, 2025. Here is the list of what we need help with. Feel free to reach out to us if you have specific equipment that could help with any of these projects. I will add volunteer shifts to SignUpGenius for this day, so you can get one of your three required shifts!

It's that time again. The annual ShaMelLon Clean Up Day! Please help us get this neighborhood gem back in to shape for the 2025 season. We have SO many updates that we plan to do this spring. We could really use your help!
