I haven’t been posting as much as I should but life has been busy and I haven’t taken as many pictures as I should! But with the food prices it has gotten a lot worse for people. It’s sad. Food is costing us about double what it used to. But we do what we can to help people. Yes, I do give more than the food bank but we try to provide 2 weeks worth of food. Some places only allow you to get food once or twice a month and if you don’t have gas money or a car, how do you get it? You can’t. How do you afford to buy groceries and pay the power bill? We have taken food to 2 families this week after work. (Our full time jobs) one just got their power cut back on. Sent me proof even though I didn’t ask for it. If you are able to make a donation we could use it. If you can help do fundraisers, we can use it. Thank you for everything you to do to help us!

Shopped for another family in need today. Best thing about running this nonprofit is we look at what the family in need truly needs. We try to give enough food for 2 weeks and we try to accommodate if there are kids and what their ages are so we are providing age appropriate foods. If we are shopping then taking to them right away we do eggs, milk, cheese, hamburger meat and other things. Below is what we took to a family today. Thank you everyone who supports us, we couldn’t do it without you!

This is why we do what we do!

A lady reached out about needing food. Her and her daughter have COVID. Sounds like they were already struggling and didn’t have food in the house. When she first reached out I was still in my quarantine from getting over Covid myself. Today we went shopping and took them food. So glad my quarantine was almost up. They really needed the help.
