Super proud of our BNI Capital City Chapter. Yesterday, we attended an in person Advanced Topics Training led by our director, Larry G Lambert Jr, at Valley Cakes & Cafe in Poca. This was an excellent training opportunity open to all 8 of the Southern Regional Chapters of BNI. It was a great training to learn how to set better goals for our businesses, our personal lives and our chapter. It was also a great opportunity to network with some of the best professionals from our region. Thanks to all who attended.

What a fantastic BNI Capital City meeting we had today! The energy and enthusiasm were off the charts as we all put our heads together to help each other grow our businesses. That's what I call teamwork! 💪
The highlight? An eye-opening presentation from Tabitha Justice of Just Us Retirement Solutions. She brought us up to speed on upcoming Medicare changes - crucial info for our seniors! 👵👴
Tabitha stressed how important it is for our older folks to be well-informed about finding the best plans. We learned how to help our family, friends, and loved ones dodge those pesky scams from endless TV commercials, phone calls, and junk mail. Knowledge is power, folks! 💡
