Ed & Becky Meek Foundation at C R E A T E Supporting students through educational scholarships, and orgs that aid in community revitalization

Mission:
The Ed and Becky Meek Foundation at CREATE supports the educational development of students residing in Mississippi through scholarships to trade, tech, vocational programs, and two-year and four-year degree programs. The Meek Foundation also supports nonprofit organizations that encourage and aid in community revitalization and economic improvement. The Meek Foundation is currently focused on East Tallahatchie County.

N.S. & ME chronicles the author’s personal journey through Nephrotic Syndrome (N.S.), a rare kidney disorder.

Congratulations to Ann Wolfe on receiving the honor of being an Ed and Becky Meek Foundation Scholar for the 2025-2026 year.

Ann graduated from North Delta School in May and is attending Mississippi State University to pursue a career in Kinesiology with the goal of becoming a Physical Therapist. She was very active during her years at North Delta and participated in volleyball, basketball, Student Council, and the Anchor Club. Ann was a member of the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and was a Rotary Student of the Month. She was selected as Most Likely to Succeed, Senior Homecoming Court Representative, Class President, and NHS Treasurer by her peers. Ann also earned recognition for serving as Salutatorian of her graduating class. She volunteered in her community on numerous events including Operation Christmas Child, the St. Jude Color Run, and volunteered at The Grace Place in Batesville. Ann is the daughter of Kris and Mae Wolfe.

Congratulations Ann on your many accomplishments and best of luck in pursuit of your physical therapy career!
