Community is everything.

We are trying everyday to build a space where people can actually feel heard, seen, and supported. Not judged, not overlooked, not told to just “deal with it.” A place where you can be real about what you are going through.

Because the truth is, a lot of people are struggling quietly. And sometimes all it takes is one conversation, one moment, or one person who listens to make a difference.

Love in Loss: Honoring the 70 lives lost to su***de in Charleston County in 2025.

This installation is a visual and emotional exploration of the love that remains after loss. Through a series of 70 portraits of local community members, we honor the lives lost to su***de in Charleston County last year. Each featured individual offers a message to someone they’ve lost, to someone who may be struggling, or to a version of themselves that needed support. Together, these images and words create a collective space for grief, remembrance, and connection reminding us that even in the dark, we are not alone. This project invites viewers to slow down, bear witness, and reflect on the weight of what we carry, and the power of speaking it out loud.

Thank you Everyone!

Sound of Mind only happened because of everyone’s support and love. The music, the energy, the moments, the conversations, none of it comes together without a group like this.

To the artists, the team, the volunteers, and everyone who gave their time, talent, and heart, thank you. You didn’t just perform or help out, you created something people felt.

Tonight was about more than a concert. It was about showing up for each other, honoring the 70 lives we lost in Charleston County, and reminding people that they’re not alone.

And to everyone who came out, thank you for being part of it. For listening, for feeling, for being present.

Grateful for every single one of you.

Sound of Mind: Conversation Lounge at the Limbo

The Conversation Lounge at Sound of Mind is a space where people can connect with therapists, life coaches, and health coaches.

Guests will have the chance to spend a few minutes with each professional, ask questions, and learn about the services and resources they offer. It’s meant to be a simple, welcoming place for open conversations and learning about different kinds of support.
