The South Coast Lacrosse Association (aka The SCLA Lax Ranch) is a nonprofit focused on supporting kids and community, introducing local youth to lacrosse and helping them learn the game, and building and maintaining playing fields and facilities in the Lowcountry. Did you know that The SCLA Lax Ranch relies on the generosity of the lacrosse community to sustain the playing fields? The income generated from renting the fields to local teams does not fully cover the day-to-day expenses. Therefore, anytime you support their fundraisers or donate money, you are supporting their mission to grow lacrosse for our youth in the Lowcountry. SCLA GIVING TUESDAY EVENT STARTS NOW!

is an annual global event that reminds people to give back by donating to causes, organizations, and institutions they care about.

Not many people realize that South Coast Lacrosse Association (aka SCLA Lax Ranch) is a volunteer founded and managed 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We depend on external support from our families, friends, and partners to fulfill our mission of building a home for lacrosse in the Lowcountry for players of all ages and years of experience to use our fields to grow, learn and thrive. SCLA maintains and upgrades the fields, and it would not be possible without your donations.

GivingTuesday is a global day of generosity that is celebrated today, December 2nd. It was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past thirteen years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

This year, the South Coast Lacrosse Association is participating in GivingTuesday, and we invite you to join us. Our mission at the SCLA is simple: to build a home for lacrosse in the Lowcountry.

We're excited to share that the SCLA is hosting an online GivingTuesday event featuring amazing raffle items, along with an opportunity to give a monetary amount of your choosing. 100% of proceeds directly benefits the SCLA Lax Ranch, a volunteer founded and managed 501 (c)(3) non-profit. Our event will be LIVE today at 10am until Wednesday at 10pm. You'll receive a link to participate via email or look here in our Instagram profile. Your participation allows us to continue to build and maintain playing fields for lacrosse players in the Lowcountry.
