Meeting Street Scholarship Fund

Meeting Street Scholarship Fund We provide up to $40,000 in college scholarships to high-achieving South Carolina students with demonstrated financial need.

Eligible applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Charleston County resident
- Graduate from Charleston County public high school or eligible charter school
- Earn LIFE or Palmetto Fellows state provided scholarship
- Qualify for Federal Pell Grant by completing FAFSA
- Accepted to an eligible institution (South Carolina four year institutions with a six-year graduation rate of 50% or higher)

Lilah Urbina-Rodriguez is proof of what's possible in the P*e Dee. 🎓 This spring, the first class of P*e Dee scholars supported by the Meeting Street Scholarship graduated from college. Among them is Lilah, who earned a nursing degree from the University of South Carolina and is returning home to Florence to care for patients at McLeod Regional Medical Center.
