Behind many “we’ll figure it out” moments is a family facing out-of-pocket medical costs they simply cannot absorb. When insurance isn’t available — or isn’t enough — care can be delayed, postponed, or put off entirely.
Health Fund for Children joins families during those moments by providing financial assistance for uninsured and underinsured children in the Lowcountry, helping ease the burden when healthcare costs feel out of reach.
As we move into the year ahead, our focus remains steady: supporting families in need, strengthening community partnerships, and helping children move closer to the care they need to grow, heal, and thrive.
