Thanks to the $7,000 grant from the Shenandoah-Potomac Garden Council in November 2025, the Charles Town Library's trees, shrubs and walkways were given a fresh face to welcome Spring. The Dolley Madison Garden Club deeply appreciated receiving the funds and contracted R & L Landscape Inc to perform the work. This is just one project that was made possible because of the annual Shenandoah-Potomac House and Garden Tour. The 2026 tour is on April 25 & 26 and tickets are available via SPGC.org or at the houses.
