What a fantastic weekend! ☀️
This past Saturday, Jefferson Arts Council had a blast at Craftapaloozaganza at the Charles Town Farmers Market, WV! We had so much fun checking out all the incredible handmade wares and recruiting some amazingly talented local artists to join our growing creative community.
We captured some of the magic to share with you all. 🎥 Check out the beautiful work from these featured local creators:
🏔️ Moon and Mountains – beautiful crocheted greeting cards
🧸 Little crochet attic – adorable Amigurumi (stuffed animals)
🪨 Shenandoah Stoneworks – expertly crafted knives, arrowheads, and other items made from flint, chert, obsidian, jasper, and quartz
🎨 New Roots Creative Studio – charming hand-painted illustrations featuring harvest favorites, woodland wildlife, flowers, fruits, and vegetables
🧶 Everyday Thing Crochet– eco-friendly produce and market bags, reusable Swiffer pads, baskets, hair ties, water bottle carriers, keychains, kitchen towels, and more
🪵 Larry Burns Crafts – gorgeous spoon rests, game boards, cutting boards, wooden spoons, and items crafted from locally sourced wood
🧵 Good Fibes Fiber Arts – intricate wall hangings, custom pieces, Christmas ornaments, wreaths, door hangars, and functional items like keychains
🦯 Vix Stix – incredible hand-carved wood art and walking sticks
🧼 B-chosen – creative upcycled shirts and wonderful handmade soaps
A special shoutout to returning performers Jeff and Trudy of The Dilettantes, who set the perfect mood with awesome live music! 🎶
