THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO CAME TO THE FARMER'S MARKET FOR TACOS FROM EL TACO TAPATÍO AND COOKIES LAST NIGHT!

Praise the Lord!! With YOUR donations and the dedication from a group of wonderful people in the Latino Community (especially Jeanette Flores, Luis Hernandez and all the extra crew that helped in the process), enough money was raised to sponsor a LifeWise student for one year!

The tacos were muy delicioso! I wonder if Maestra and friends will open a restaurant someday...

TODAY IS THE DAY!!! Come to the Farmer's Market in Chariton from 4-6PM to get a taco dinner (a portion of the proceeds will go to sponsoring a LifeWise student). There will also be individually wrapped cookies (so you can take them home if you are too full of tacos!) for sale - all funds from cookie sales goes directly to LifeWise Chariton! SEE YOU IN A LITTLE WHILE!

Wow! What a journey! We wrapped up LifeWise classes at both the High School and Van Allen Elementary this week and it was AWESOME! Thank you for everyone that allowed their kids to attend, donated to the program or prayed for the LifeWise team!
A HUGE shoutout to the teachers, volunteers and board members as well, you are appreciated!

It was hard to say bye to the kids for the summer but, classes are to resume next school year, stay tuned for more information, updates and events for the summer!
