Welcome to the Bridges at Work family!

We're excited to welcome Tarkett Home - North America in Middlefield as the newest employer partner in United Way of Greater Cleveland's Bridges@Work initiative!

As Bridges@Work continues to grow in Geauga County, more local employers are investing in the well-being of their workforce by offering employees confidential, one-on-one resource navigation and financial coaching. The initiative helps working people overcome everyday challenges like housing, transportation, childcare, and other barriers that can impact employment.

We're proud to partner with Tarkett as we expand this growing initiative and strengthen workforce stability for Geauga County employers and families.

Bridges@Work is operated in partnership with Catholic Charities Geauga County, Geauga Growth Partnership, Inc., and HFLA of Northeast Ohio

The New Leaf Program is looking forward to its annual resource fair where we will be celebrating our six newest graduates! 🍁🎓

We would love for the Geauga County community to join us for this informative and uplifting event. We’re kicking things off with the graduation at 4pm on June 25th in Chardon Square. You won’t want to miss it!

Why do we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month? Increased awareness can lead to improved access to resources and services, ultimately enhancing overall well-being for individuals and society as a whole. The more we talk about it, the more we empower others to say, "Actually, I'm not okay."
