Next Step provides community based stable housing and individualized case management services and supports to at risk young adults. Through our professional programs, we establish individualized goals and objectives for each client to help ensure that he/she successfully transitions into healthy independence. Without a stable home life, these young adults are at risk of homelessness, drug and crim
inal activity and human trafficking and prostitution. We do this by securing stable housing, teaching life skills and providing resources to promote a strong foundation for self-reliance. Next Step provides housing and case management services to the individual. During enrollment, young adults will be paired with one of our trained case managers who will help develop a personalized case plan for success and independence while assisting in securing housing, employment, education, transportation, and health care.
