Chardon Hilltopper Takedown Club

With the support of our coaches, families, friends, and the Chardon Hilltopper Takedown Club, 7 Chardon High School wrestlers competed at the Virginia Beach National Duals this weekend. This marked the first time our Hilltoppers competed in Virginia Beach, and with 5 of our wrestlers being Class of 2027 seniors, it made the experience even more special. The weekend provided opportunities for success, learning, tough competition, and unforgettable team memories.

We’re also incredibly thankful for the wrestlers from Riverside, Solon, Kirtland, Berkshire, and Georgia who joined our team and helped fill roster spots throughout the weekend. Their support and willingness to compete alongside our guys helped make this experience possible.

We hope this is just the beginning of a new tradition for Chardon Wrestling and look forward to seeing future Hilltopper teams continue making the trip to Virginia Beach for years to come!
