Chappell Hill Fire Hall and Community Center 4800 sq. ft. Building that can be used for parties, meetings, gatherings, etc. Open floor area-60'x60' (3600sqft) (This is without room for dance floor or band.)

Rental rates are:
$1000 full day 7am to 2am.
$300 Half day prior to regular rental date after 4pm.
$500 Monday-Thursday Half day rental (6hrs)
7am-1pm or 1pm-7pm
$300 Deposit on all rentals...
BUILDING SPECS:
Overall building-60'x40' (4800sqft)
Kitchen area, ADA restroom area, storage room, open area, covered breezeway/unloading area. Open area-60'x60' (3600sqft)
Seating: Church style a

pprox. 500 people.
8' Banquet table (available) 360 people.
