The American Legion Riders Chapter 240 are a unified and diverse group of motorcyclists who share common interests and goals. All are members of The American Legion , The American Legion Auxiliary, and Sons of The American Legion. The American Legion Riders Chapter is not a Motorcycle Club and does not practice rules or regulations of Motorcycle Clubs. The American Legion Post Riders Chapter is family oriented, as is it's parent organization; The American Legion.

American Legion Riders (ALR) Chapter 240 from Chapman in conjunction with the recent Chili Cook Off profits provided flowers to the female residents at Chapman Valley Manor, and Enterprise Estates Nusing Center. We would like to thank all who supported the ALR Chili Cook Off today, Special thanks to the judges Drake, Calovich, and Hock, and the delicious cimonon roll donated by Aubrey. Trophy engraving was donated by Roy. Lastly the 30 participates for the popular vote contest. Proceed will be used for flower to provide for Valentines to Chapman and Enterprise ladies residents assistant care facility. 1st Place: $50 Ryan, 2nd Place: $25 Tom ( not pictured); 3rd Place: $10 Luke.

Chapter 240 ALR would like to thank all who supported the Moonlight Poker Run last night. Great turnout, weather was great, little windy but we live in Kansas. Food donations was from Smithfield and West Plaza Country Mart. Special thanks to the ladies at the Poker stops, Vicky, Cristin, Gabrielle, Lisa, Ginny, and Kelsey.
