This past weekend we were in Oak Island for our annual Beach Formal! The whole weekend was amazing and everyone looked fantastic for the formal event! Cheers for another successful weekend!!

Brotherhood Spotlight: Jared Little

Jared is a junior double majoring in Peace, War, and Defense and Medical Anthropology. He has also served as the Head Philanthropy chair. Along with that, he is also a member of UNCs model UN. Jared’s favorite thing about the fraternity is the friendships and connections he has been able to make! Thanks for being a great brother!

Brother Spotlight: Carter Kjellend

Carter is a Junior majoring in chemistry. He has served as our Risk Manager and is now our Vice President! Carter also spends a lot of time working in the Meyer Research Lab which has a focus to deepen fundamental understanding of electron transfers to work towards practical advancements in renewable energy, particularly in solar energy conversions. He has been a great asset to the fraternity and we look forward to what else you will achieve!

Ryan is sophomore majoring in Computer Science and Math with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He also works very hard as a comp 110 TA where he gets to put his vast skills to use helping others. He was initiated last semester and has already brought so much to the fraternity! We are so excited to see where you’ll go!

This past weekend our future executive board (and Dale Carnegie Scholar) had the incredible opportunity to attend the Regional Leadership Academy hosted by DX international headquarters. While there, they got an intricate look into the organization as well as in-depth training for their future roles! We are so proud and so excited to see how you all will flourish in these upcoming positions!

With the end of the year coming up… we wanted to take a second to look back at what a successful semester we had with all kinds of events! From watch parties to mixers, philanthropy, and all kinds of fun brotherhood activities! We are ecstatic for this upcoming semester and cannot wait to see what else we will accomplish!!!

Summer Spotlight: we are excited to highlight our brother Max and his internship that he has been conducting abroad in Madrid, Spain! Max has been working with Brotherfood Quality there, where he has gotten lots of experiences in and out of the business setting. Through mentorship, translation, and other opportunities, Max is getting to indulge in the cultural similarities and differences that are important in connecting people around the world!
